Beyond Standard QC Photos
When your items arrive at the warehouse, you receive standard QC photos from your agent. These usually include a front shot, back shot, and sometimes a detail shot. But for thorough verification, especially on high-value items, you may want additional angles and close-ups.
How to Request Extra Photos
Most agents charge a small fee for additional QC photos, typically $0.30-0.50 per extra image. In your order management panel, look for the "Request Additional Photos" option. Be specific in your request to get exactly what you need.
The Essential Photo Checklist
For shoes: Sole tread pattern close-up, insole logo, heel tab stitching, tongue tag, and side profile. Ask for a ruler next to the shoe for scale reference.
For clothing: Neck tag and wash tag photos, embroidery or print close-ups, stitching along seams, and fabric texture detail.
For accessories: Engraving close-ups, clasp mechanisms, and any branding stamps or logos.

"Please take a close-up photo of the heel tab stitching and the insole logo. Also include a ruler next to the shoe for size reference."
"Can you photograph the neck tag and wash tag clearly? I need to verify the material composition and sizing."
"Please take a macro shot of the pendant engraving and the clasp mechanism. Natural lighting preferred."
Using Photos for Community Review
